We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible.

Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare or beauty products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Partial Refunds

If an item is returned not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
