What is the difference between the White and Black Rice Ampoule?+
The White Rice Ampoule focuses on brightening, whitehead removal and refining skin texture. The Black Rice Ampoule targets blackheads, clogged pores and excess sebum more intensively, thanks to added Charcoal Powder. Many people use both together: Black Rice on the T-zone and White Rice on the rest of the face.
What does the white stuff that rolls off my skin actually do?+
The white clumps you see when massaging are cellulose particles binding to dead skin cells and sebum and lifting them from the surface. This is the exfoliation working as intended. It is not a harmful reaction.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?+
The formula contains multiple acids (AHA, BHA, PHA) and fragrance, so people with very sensitive or reactive skin should patch test first. The PHA (Gluconolactone) is the gentlest of the three exfoliants and makes it more tolerable than single-acid products. If you have sensitive skin, start with 1 to 2 uses per week and monitor your skin's response.
How often should I use it?+
Use it 2 to 3 times per week for best results. Daily use is possible for some skin types, but start slowly to see how your skin responds. Always follow with a moisturizer and SPF during the day, as exfoliating acids increase sun sensitivity.
Do I need to rinse it off?+
Yes. After massaging the ampoule into the skin for 1 to 2 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not leave it on as a leave-in product. After rinsing, apply your usual toner, serum and moisturizer.
When will I see results?+

Can I use it with retinol or Vitamin C?+
